Discount Coupon Code:
Place items in your shopping cart. During Checkout, enter promo code on the bottom of the page in the box labeled Redeem a Discount Coupon "Coupon Code." Hit update, and coupon will be applied to order total. Only one promo code may be used per transaction. Offer applies to orders placed through the end of posted sale time period and does not apply to prior purchases or existing backorders.
Free Ground Shipping*:
Crystallia provides Free Ground Shipping within the continental United States on all orders over 100.00. A charge of 9.95 is added to all orders less than 100.00. We offer Free Shipping on all Wee Forest Folk orders.
We only collect Sales Tax on orders shipping into the state of Washington.
Order Turnaround Time:
We process orders daily and do our best to ship orders out as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, your order will either be shipped directly from us or "drop shipped" from the product's manufacturer. Most drop shipped items arrive just as quickly as items shipped directly from us. If you have a question about an ETA, you can contact us and we will contact the manufacturer to request a ship time estimate.
If you find a better price for one of our products, please call us at 1-888-276-3822 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing your order with the product description, competitorís price and name, and any information we will need to verify the competitorís price. Corporate & Bulk Orders:
Corporate orders are not a problem for Crystallia! We strive to offer the best pricing for your company gifts. Discounts are based on size of order, shipping type and number of shipment destinations. Order Information & Customer Service:
We strive to give you the best customer service possible. For inquiries about an order already placed, please call us toll free at 1-888-276-3822. We do our best to return calls within 12 hours. We are on the West Coast, and have office hours from 10am-4pm Mon-Fri. For fastest response, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reply promptly.
Some items may be temporarily unavailable. While our goal is to deliver your order quickly, it is occasionally necessary to backorder items. If an item is unavailable you will be notified via email ASAP and we will release your backorder as soon as stock becomes available.
International, Alaska, Hawaii & APO Shipping:
We offer International shipping. Shipping to International, Alaska, Hawaii & APO Addresses is via UPS and the actual shipping charges will apply. Please note that international orders will take 3-4 weeks for delivery. We will charge a 50% deposit to hold the order. International orders will be re-packed and shipped from our office in Bellevue, Washington to the customer via UPS. The customer will be responsible for all duties & customs charges incurred. Our website estimates for shipping but we will charge the actual shipping charges charged to us by UPS plus a small packaging fee. The balance of an order will be charged when the order is ready to be shipped. International orders cannot be returned or cancelled.
Express Delivery - Overnight, 2nd & 3nd Day Air:
Most orders are shipped the 24 hours after the order is placed Mon-Fri. Please allow an additional day for all air orders to arrive. We offer UPS 2nd Day (allow 3 days to arrive) and 3rd Day Air (allow 4 days to arrive). Our site gives an Air shipping estimate at checkout - we will charge the actual charges charged to us by UPS. Extra charges may apply depending on the amount of items shipped, extra heavy items, and number of boxes shipped. Please call us for a UPS Overnight quote at 1-888-276-3822.
Special Closeout sales are final.
Tracking information is available only by request do to the fact that most orders are drop shipped directly from the manufacturers. Please email email@example.com to request tracking information.
Orders must be canceled on the day the order is placed prior to 3pm Pacific Standard Time Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Sat, Sun and Holidays must be canceled prior to 9am Pacific Standard Time the following business day. Orders not canceled within this time frame are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee will apply to canceled back orders.
NO RETURNS on all Arte Italica orders.
1) All Returns for non-damaged items must made within 30-days of receipt.
2) Keep original shipping box and packaging material.
3) Contact customer service firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an authorization for return.
4) A restocking fee of 15% will apply to any order returned.
5) Special Orders, Direct Import Orders, Lalique, Closeout, International Orders, Discontinued, Dated, Seasonal & Holiday items may not be returned.
6) The customer will be responsible for returning all merchandise at their cost.
7) All returns must be insured for the value of the item and packed appropriately to ensure no damage.
8) When merchandise is received, we will inspect it for any damages during return shipping.
9) Customer will be credited or refunded for the merchandise that is returned in its original condition.
10) All orders shipped with free shipping will be issued a credit for the return minus the original shipping charges incurred by us.
11) We do not refund the cost of shipping and drop ship fees on any returns. No returns will be accepted without authorization. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Damage / Breakage / Defective:
Crystallia fully insures every shipment and promptly replaces any broken or defective products. If a shipment arrives damaged, keep all packing materials and original boxes. Please contact us within 48 hours at email@example.com for instructions. We will file the claim for you and immediately process a replacement.
Coupons are available from time to time. If you wish to receive coupons email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request to be added to our mailing list. Check out special offers page for the best deals.
Gift Wrap & Gift Cards:
We can mail a complimentary card with a gift message by request. These are sent separate from the package by mail. We offer free gift wrap on anything shipping directly from our store - this includes Wee Forest Folk, Nutcrackers, Annual Plates and Limited Edition Christmas ornaments.
Accuracy of Product and Descriptions:
Crystallia.com strives for accuracy in pricing and product descriptions on its website. If an error occurs, we reserve the right to take any action, in its sole discretion, to rectify the error, including canceling your order. If this occurs, we will contact you and give you the option of proceeding with your order with the corrected information. Images, colors, dimensions, capacity, sizes and descriptions are from suppliersí information, are approximate, and for guidance only.
