Faithful to its origins, the entire production is carried out there. Emile Henry is the largest manufacturer of pottery in France and produces approximately 4 million pieces each year. Since it was first produced, the major benefits of cooking in Emile Henry Cookware have been its ability to allow gradual, even heat distribution through the food so the fibers soften slowly, without toughening.
