Arte Italica Italian Pewter Fine Tableware and Home Accessories

Arte Italica was formed in 1997 by Ann Skidmore who was fascinated by Italian art, culture and design. All the pewter and glass items are handmade in Italy.

Mouth blown glass and crystal can be irregular in shape and may contain small bubbles and imperfections, which is expected. Arte Italica pewter is molded, then buffed and assembled, all by hand. Each piece is then tumbled, enabling the characteristics of aged metal. All pewter and glass items should be washed by hand using non-abrasive, non-citrus detergent. These items should not be used in the freezer, oven or microwave oven. Due to the handcrafted nature of the products, there may be slight variations in color and distressing, this is the character and charm of unique handmade pieces.
